By logging in and using our services, you agree to be registered with the Income Tax Department's website through FinYatri. You further agree to allow FinYatri to access information provided by the Income Tax Department to improve or customize the service. You also agree that we may request access to certain data from the Income Tax Department to enhance service quality and speed. These access requests may require us to provide a FinYatri email address for certain communications from the Income Tax Department that they may only send via email. You hereby grant us an irrevocable right to use these services on your behalf with the Income Tax Department to obtain information to help you file your ITR, reply to notices, or provide other information required for various services on FinYatri.
FinYatri (including its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, or subcontractors) shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from any delays or interruptions due to natural, electronic, or mechanical reasons.
By selecting email/SMS alert services, you agree to and grant non-exclusive, irrevocable permission and right to FinYatri to send emails, SMS, and alerts as FinYatri deems appropriate.
FinYatri makes no representations whatsoever about any other website you may access through this Website or any other website of FinYatri or its group or related companies/websites. Liability, if any, will not exceed the amount of fees paid. Once tax is collected and deposited with the Income Tax Department, FinYatri will not refund it to the user. Users are advised to make payments at their own discretion.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FinYatri regarding your use of the Website and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and FinYatri.
